Alessandro currently manages Digital Marketing of the Kena Mobile brand in Noverca (Telecom Italia Group). He is responsible for developing digital experience strategy, defining digital touchpoint experiences with particular focus on e-commerce and customer support, online strategy, tracking activities, and optimizing and tracking digital campaigns.
He also coordinates the IT and Design Teams in developing and deploying redesigns, new features and functionalities.
Choosing WordPress as the main web platform and finding a way to scale to support a large amount of traffic has been one of the undertaking of the last couple of years, Prior to his role in Telecom Italia, Alessandro managed Digital Experience Design for the Group’s corporate channels and before this he managed digital communications in TIN.it which was Telecom Italia’s internet service provider.
His first online digital project was the launch of the largest Italian online newspaper, Repubblica.it, which required developing a web CMS (since none existed) and implementing automated processes to deliver newspaper content online.
